EXPERIENCE
THE DIFFERENCE IN OUR APPROACH TO MUAY THAI KICKBOXING IN TORONTO
While most martial arts and kickboxing
schools emphasize tradition, strictness and rigid conformity, we have
decided not to follow their approach. Instead, when you enter our gym, you
will find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that thrives on intense and
progressive training. Our modern and unique
kickboxing style draws from three different disciplines:
- Thai Boxing (Muay Thai)
- American & European Kickboxing
- Boxing (under Marquis of Queensbury rules)
The result is a more effective, dynamic and complete
system. Come and experience the difference for
yourself!

MISSION STATEMENT
To promote the development of a strong mind,
body and spirit through combat training in a motivational,
inspirational and comfortable atmosphere. We strive to help everyone reach
their full potential.
